It does not itself endorse, recommend, approve, certify, underwrite, guarantee or warrant any user, opportunity, loan, security, projected return or transaction.

Users remain responsible for independent financial, legal, tax, title, technical, business, credit and securities diligence and for obtaining appropriate professional advice. Sponsor-supplied and capital-provider-supplied information may be incomplete, inaccurate or change over time. Verification indicators describe a defined platform verification process only and are not guarantees.

AI. AI features organize information, identify missing data, compare supplied criteria and assist with diligence preparation. They do not provide investment, legal or tax advice and do not make investment decisions.

Confidentiality. Protected Deal Room materials remain subject to sponsor permissions and the applicable NDA. The platform NDA is a convenience form and is not customized legal advice or a guarantee of protection.

Transactions. Final diligence, negotiation, documentation, funding and closing occur between the parties and their professional advisers. Nexus Capital IQ does not hold transaction funds or execute investments through this application.
